We ordered a new home from Skyline. It's scheduled to be here by March 1st. It will still need to be set, stairs and skirting added and inspected. We're planning on putting it on lot 37. It's a 16x60 2 bedroom, 2 bath. It'll be grey with white corner trim, black shutters and black architectural shingles.

It's NOT the home in the pictures. But it's got similar finishes and I thought you might like to see the construction process.

We're hoping to put it up for sale right around 60k. It'll depend upon our total costs. Sorry it will not be for rent. Financing from outside vendors will be available.

When it comes in. I promise to load you all up with pictures and video.🙂

Good evening everyone hope your all staying warm and safe .. with being said temps are suppose to be -25 tonight so make sure your heat tape is working and leave water dripping so lines or water don’t freeze.. thanks and stay safe

Good evening everyone .. with the amount of snow we have been getting just want to remind you all to check your furnace stack exhaust on roof etc and keep gas exhaust and dryer vents all cleared form snow . Thank you and keep warm and safe everyone
