Papa Bill’s Powersports Plus will be temporarily closed beginning tomorrow while I undergo a cardiac catheterization to check for and, if necessary, treat any blockages, along with any additional procedures that may be needed at that time.

I expect the shop to be closed for approximately a week, but I should be available to answer emails and messages within a few days. I’ll provide an update when I know more.

September is the most underrated month to detail your car. 🚗🧽

Here's why: a full summer of UV exposure, bug splatter, bird droppings, and heat cycles does real damage to your paint.

This Coleman grill still isn’t quite finished—the hinges aren’t even back on yet—but I had been refurbishing and painting it for our trip to Seboomook Wilderness Campground

We were supposed to leave yesterday and spend two weeks at what I have said many times is my favorite place on Earth. We would have celebrated our wedding anniversary there on September 12, taking rides and stopping at the picnic areas along the trails to cook burgers and meals on this grill.

I had also planned to reveal some new products available for the Polaris General while we were there, along with reviewing some of the awesome products already installed on my General. Some of them have been on it for several years, so I would have been able to give honest, real-world reviews based on plenty of actual use.

Unfortunately, because of the health problems I’ve been dealing with—especially over the past month—we weren’t able to go. I’m scheduled for a cardiac catheterization on September 9, so right now my health has to come first.

This is the second year in a row that circumstances have kept us from making the trip. I know Seboomook will still be there when I’m able to return, but today, knowing we should already be there, I’m having a pretty hard time not being at my favorite place.
