J4 Automotive is seeking an experienced ASE certified technician to round out our superstar team of mechanics. J4 Automotive is an aggressive industry leading, complete automotive repair shop with an excellent customer service rating and is a family owned and operated independent repair facility that services the entire tri-county area as an industry leader.
The successful applicant must be able to perform all automotive services with a customer first attitude, they will also have impeccable references, be gifted at what they do, and live by the principle that they will never put money ahead of people. They will also possess the skills and training necessary to diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and European gas and light duty diesel. Clean driving record and courteous driving skills are a must. Qualified technician will be familiar with digital storage oscilloscopes, vehicle computer scanners, modern testing equipment, OBD II systems and participate in ongoing career training. Knowledge of online information systems such as Alldata, iATN, Identifix, other pattern failure and hot line technical assistance sites is a plus as well as use of an iPad for digital inspections.

Its that time already?!?!?!?!? Shop will be closed next Thursday and Friday (11/27 & 11/28) for Thanksgiving.
This year for the holidays we thought we would share our favorite family traditions rather than the generic, shops closed message.
For Thanksgiving at our house we sleep in, turn on the Macy's parade while orange rolls are baking in the oven, checking on them every commercial break, then we fry up either sausage links or spam to go with it and of course, chocolate milk. After the parade its football time!!! Just kidding, we spend time with the rest of the family playing card and board games with a light snack for lunch while Chris checks the scores under the table.... Then its onto the main course, everyone chips in and brings a dish to the meal, theres always mashed potatoes and rolls along with green bean casserole and corn. After dinner and the belts loosen everyone hangs out and fights off sleep while we digest enough dinner to make room for home made bread pudding, then its time to box up the left overs and say goodnight.
The day after the decorations change, time to put fall away and get out the Christmas decorations. Everyone meets up at the boy scouts tree lot to pick out the annual Christmas tree and maybe meet for lunch if there's room on the belt...
