Edit: 99% of JR’s Auto Repair customers are amazing, kind people. This post was for the other 1%. Unless you’ve had an outstanding balance for over a year, only make a payment when we call you, wait until an inspection is finished to say you don’t have $18.50, or say you will be back with payment and never show up, you are not part of the 1%.

Payment is expected when work is completed. Keys will not be returned until full payment is received. There is a drop box located by the office door for after hour payments. If there is an issue, please speak to JR directly before work begins.

Please pick up your vehicle when told it’s ready. There is not enough space in the yard to accommodate vehicles that are finished or not being worked on. Unless prior arrangements are made, a daily storage fee will be charged after 3 days.
