Herve and Barb Gelinas and the Jaguar Club of Southern New England invited Belltown members to their annual picnic at Devil’s Hopyard State Park. If you haven’t had the opportunity to attend, you have missed good food, enjoyable conversation, and a chance to ride through the park in the cars of those attending. Thank you, JCSNE!

Like a kid in a candy store…that is how one spectator described his day at the 59th Annual Belltown Vintage Motor Car Meet.The variety, quality, and number of cars on the show field amazed the many car enthusiasts in attendance. Both the show and the flea market offered a day-long excursion down memory lane. Thanks to all the participants who brought their vehicles and automotive memorabilia to display and to the East Haddam Volunteer Fire Department for EMT coverage. Thanks also to the many volunteers who worked tirelessly to create another memorable show

We had a beautiful day for our 59th Vintage Motorcar Meet! So many gorgeous vehicles to see. Thanks to all who came, either in their cars or just to enjoy a glimpse into automobiling from the past.

A sunny day, good music, a hot dog picnic, and antique cars….Belltown members proudly displayed their vehicles for residents at Chestelm Health and Rehabilitation Center in Moodus to enjoy and vote for their favorite car.

All Aboard! It was a beautiful day to view and enjoy trains at a private train-lovers paradise. Thanks to Royals’ Garage and the Litchfield Hills Historical Automobile Club for arranging the event including a delicious picnic. From massive intricate models to an amazing tour through the woods on ride-on cars, we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon of trains in the scenic hills. A special thanks to our hosts for sharing their collections and to Scott Macgregor for making this day available to Belltown members.

The pizza party at the home of Tom Tkacz was a huge success. Belltown members and CHAS members thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon of making pizza and talking about cars. Thank you, Tom, for your hospitality. And thanks to Don Liepelt who arranged the event and to Dan David who took the photos.
