Unfortunately we are still having problems with an individual that continuously harasses my husband‘s business. My husband has been gone for a year now as well as our business. I am hoping that I do not have to make another post like this. As you all know our business has been closed and will remain closed permanently. We also have made the recommendation to our customers to visit Tim’s Automotive in Granby for your car services. Our business is still in probate court due to Covid. That means no one is able to take the name and or business number. I sincerely hope this individual moves on with his life as we are trying to. We are still getting customers asking who is a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. We are recommending Tim’s Automotive in Granby. Many of our previous customers have gone there and we have not heard of any complaints. We go there ourselves. Hope this helps.

If anyone is still looking for a new garage we have searched in the area and are recommending Tim’s Automotive in Granby. We sent a few customers there and asked for feedback. They have only said good things about this garage.

It has come to my attention that someone has stated to our customers and business associates that he has TAKEN OVER our Route 20 Automotive business. This is simply NOT true. We have not sold our business, we have NOT let anyone take over our business, our business number, post our business on any signpost or use our business name. Our business is in Probate and therefore cannot LEGALLY be used for any of the above. Tim valued each of his customers. He would not want to have had this happen to you or his family. Legal action has been taken. Thank you to all of you that have reached out to us. We appreciate it.

I would just like to state again that we are officially closed as of last week. I would also like to add that we have not authorized anyone to use the Route 20 Automotive name and our good reputation. At this time we are not making any recommendations to our customers for other garages. We again thank all of our loyal customers and all of you will be missed. Tim thought so much of each and everyone of you.

We are very sorry to announce after 15 years we are closing our garage. This was and always will be Tim’s Route 20 Automotive. I truly can’t bear to be here without him. Once again we thank all of our loyal customers who trusted Tim with their cars through the years. We will miss each each and everyone of you.

It is with a very heart that we announce the passing of Tim Holland on July 6, 2020. He fought his hardest but this is one battle he didn’t win. We would like our customers to know that he cared about not only your car but you as individuals. He was always honest and reliable. And until the end he would come to the shop for whatever amount of time he could to make sure all of your car needs were being met. I would like to say a big thank you to George and Dustyn for their hard work, dedication and caring. At this time we are still open for your car needs. Decisions have not been made for the future yet. Thank you for all your support and caring that was sent Tim’s way. He truly appreciated each and every one of you.

We at Route 20 Auto hope everyone is staying healthy and safe. We are open for business if you need car repairs. We have always used gloves in handling your car and remain diligent in keeping our building as clean as we can. If you do need repairs and do not want to leave your home we will pick up and deliver.
