Alright everyone, the 27th of this month is fast approaching and this looks like it’s going to be our best event yet. We have brand new pavement for parking, we have Mike's Hot Dogs for food and now we have Dunkin bringing their sample truck to hand out some drinks and maybe some merch. As always we thank our hosts Empire State Aerosciences Museum as well as all of our sponsors.

We want to thank you all for coming to our first meet this year. Thanks to all of the vendors and the biggest thanks to our volunteers who spend their day getting everyone in and out safe. Thanks again everyone and keep an eye out for our first meet on the brand new pavement.

We have great news, the May 17 season opener is on! Come join us for our first big one of the season. Due to construction starting the day after our show we can’t guarantee when the next one will be this year so don’t miss out. Share this post and the event to make it huge!
As always this show is free. Vendors can message me directly and if you want to be a part of our volunteer team this year come talk to us! We need some help parking cars and slinging caffeine

Edit: We are clear for May 17! See you all there

We have some good news and some bad news regarding the upcoming car meet season at the Aerospace Museum.
The good news is that the entire back lot is being re-paved so we will have fresh blacktop to park on for the foreseeable future. There are also some areas that will be expanded offering even more parking. Lastly, they are re-grading the entire grass lot out front so we will have a huge spectator lot as well.
Now the bad news. Unfortunately this work has to take place at some point and it has been decided it will be done as soon as the warm weather hits. What does that mean for us? It means the first meet will most likely be cancelled. Of course we are disappointed but the good we get out of it will far outweigh the bad. As for July, it is still up in the air but it is possible we will be able to proceed. We will keep everyone informed as things progress. We do plan on having at least one big meet at the end of the season. That is pretty much guaranteed. We will leave the first meet up as tentative until we get the final word to cancel it. We thank you all for your understanding and for your help in making this the best meet in our area.
