When customers speak up, it carries extra street cred. That’s why being named #1 in Customer Satisfaction for Dealership Service Among Truck Owners in the JD Power 2026 U.S. Customer Service Index (CSI) Study is a big deal. See first comment for more. Thank you once again to our good friends Jim and Bea from Berwick on their new Ford Ranger!!

If you have ever purchased a vehicle from us in the last 10 years that we had to source from another Ford dealership, these are the masterminds behind getting that vehicle to our store safely for you. They have spent countless hours on the road to and from local dealers picking up a truck in a different color than we have, to as far away as South Dakota or Arkansas, to bring back a uniquely built vehicle that you wanted without the hassle of traveling long distance.

Congratulations on the new truck, and thank you both for all that you have done, and continue to do for our dealership and customers.

Let’s introduce our new parts delivery van!!
You may see this van on the road 5-days-a-week delivering Ford parts to other businesses. If you’re a local business that needs a connection to Ford parts, feel free to reach out to our Parts Department. We always love meeting new people and introducing them to our local business.

Also a BIG THANK YOU to Defebo Graphics in Berwick for hooking us up with the design on the van.
