Found a broken shift fork inside the transmission. We replaced the broken fork, resealed the top plate, then sandblasted and painted the transmission to give it a fresh finish.

New lease on life for this 2019 Ram 5500! 💪

This truck came in with a failed lifter that wiped out the camshaft—a common issue we’ve been seeing on 2019–2024 Cummins engines.

Lucas got it back together with a Hamilton Cam Conversion Kit, and while it was apart, the customer opted to install a fresh set of injectors as well. Now it’s ready to get back to work just in time for the busy season.
