The boys have been pushing hard on the ’66 C10 since getting it back from paint, and we’re making some serious progress! A lot of the wiring has been routed, the ECU and Vintage Air evaporator are installed, and the brake system is coming together. We’re now starting on the air ride system and getting everything ready to drop the engine in! We’re making major headway on this project!

Getting the Holley EFI harness installed and routed in the truck! We also added some Dynamat to the firewall to help keep things nice and quiet inside the cab.
Once that was finished, we installed the firewall plate and started assembling some of the dash components. We’re making some major headway!

Why do we use 3D printing in the shop?

It all comes down to precision and perfect fitment. Being able to design a custom piece in CAD and 3D print a prototype allows us to check clearances, test how it mounts, and dial in the exact look before we ever cut into expensive materials. It takes the guesswork out of complex fabrication and ensures the final product is flawless.

The body of the C10 is officially sitting back on the frame! We’re excited to finally get this thing back together and start bringing it to life. We’re getting it rolled inside and then it’s time to get to work on getting everything assembled. And man, the paint looks killer.

The guys killed it on this one! We needed a solution to mount the carrier bearing on the ’66 C10, so Justin got to work designing some brackets to hold a piece we already had. Instead of just building brackets around it, we decided to completely redesign the part and make it our own. The new design has a built in 2.5° angle to match the driveline angle. Once we had a design everyone was happy with, we chucked it in the machine and went to work on this one-off piece. This thing turned out awesome, and we’re excited to get it installed in the truck!
