🚗 1965 AMC Marlin — restored and back on the road!

This Marlin came to us as a non-running vehicle, but it meant much more than just another restoration project.

Troy’s family had a 1965 Marlin back in the ’60s that looked just like this one. Years later, he found this Marlin on eBay and brought it to us to bring it back to life.

After completing the restoration, this Marlin is fully functioning, running well, and ready to be enjoyed again. It’s always special when a car can bring a little family history back to the road.

🛠️ Here’s the answer!

The tool Bruce showed off is a headlight adjuster spring tool. It’s used to reach through the side of the headlight and remove the springs that hold the headlight bucket in place. Without it, getting those headlight buckets off can be a real challenge.

Bruce has built up quite a collection of specialty automotive tools over the years, and we love sharing a little piece of automotive history with everyone.
