Another late night at the glass shop.

A different glass shop removed this customers windshield and found rust. Advised the customer they couldn't do anything with it and left, leaving them with a vehicle exposed to the elements right before a rain storm. He drove to our shop without a windshield for us to finish the repairs.

Fun fact when he called to change the claim to our shop they advised he would have to have an inspection before they would allow us to do the work and to send photos of his cracked windshield. He had no windshield to send damage photos of!
