Diag runs $50 if you choose to have me repair your vehicle after I diag it the $50 will be applied to your final bill and the diag fee becomes waived.

Unfortunately I do not like making these posts some of my good customers know that at times I will reply after hours but it is not typical of me to do so.

If it is after business hours I cannot guarantee a reply but if I have the time to and notice the messages I will which is far more than you receive from a lot of shops.

Also if you send me a message please send me a message in one place as it becomes difficult to keep track of one conversation spread across separate platforms such as messenger comments on here and a cell phone when it can all be held in one place.

I also ask that if you reach out to me to work on a vehicle that one person reaches out so that I don't have multiple people message me for the same vehicle

Two people can tell me two completely different things about the same issue that the vehicle is having. so in my eyes I may be speaking to them about a different vehicle not knowing they are calling me or reaching out to me about one specific vehicle.

That can cause me to double schedule by accident at times because I believe I am speaking to two different people about two different vehicles. I do understand miscommunication can happen.

If I am actively working on a customer vehicle or busy and I do not pick up the phone or reply to your message promptly it is because I am a one-man show and I will address it as soon as I am free to do so.

If I stopped in the middle of working on my customer vehicles for every single phone call I would never get anything done.

And unfortunately if my phone becomes blown up with multiple messages as in "non-stop" because I am not picking up the phone "again due to working on a current customer vehicle" I will honestly tend to ignore those calls as past experience with customers that have a "lack of patience" tend to "not always the case" be the ones who I have issues with paying for services. or want me to give them a "deal".

I am not a shade tree mechanic I am a professional and you have no problem dropping $1000 on that new iPhone so why is the guy who is ensuring that your vehicle is safe for the road and your family not worth the money?

I am equiped as a professional with thousands upon thousands of dollars invested into this trade to fix vehicles correctly and efficiently to provide you with the lowest bill that I can.

No one wants to speak about this as business owners but I absolutely will.

No the china part is not as good as the OEM part plain and simple even the OEM parts are not great anymore but I can carry a warranty with those I can not warranty the labor or part on your " I found it online cheaper" unit.

To my return and current customers I absolutely am beyond thankful for your business and trust that you have with me and your vehicles.

I may not be the mechanic for you and that is ok my #1 priority is to ensure your vehicle is safe for the roadways and your family my second is to try to be as affordable as I can be for you for what I offer and my third is simply to make a living to support my family through these hard times like anyone else.

We are not rich we are a family just like yours trying to survive to the next day while doing our best to provide some affordability to quality work you can trust.
