21’ Ducati Multistrada V4S - Travel + Radar. Only 2,650 Miles - like new - never dropped and always stored indoors. Recent annual Ducati service 5/31/25 - has all current software updates, any recalls, oil etc. Selling because I just don’t ride it as much as I thought and need the garage space.

PSA - Have you ever noticed that some/many dealerships do not put photos/bios of their staff on their websites? Mostly sales departments.

Poor management, lack of transparency, high turnover, lazy.

The high rate of sales staff turn at many dealerships is due to weak management, lack of training and respect, unrealistic sales objectives, constant changes in pay plans, long hours and poor inventory to sell from.

Let's face it...you don't need a college degree to sell cars. You do need leadership, training and a life outside of work. I lived it for over 40 years and I did have some really lousy managers to answer to...you know who you are.

It's a great business if it's done right. Longevity breeds confidence on both sides of the desk.
