"I had a frustrating experience at the start, as customer service was not responsive and the initial visit did not resolve the issue with my car although I was told the car was “fixed.”
That said, the situation improved significantly by the end. After I followed up, the staff listened to my concerns, made numerous phone calls to me, were extremely pleasant and professional, and addressed my concerns to my complete satisfaction. While the beginning was rough, I appreciate that they ultimately handled the situation professionally and worked toward an outcome that went above and beyond my expectations.
