Full mechanical resto with TW style. Here we have another Syncro restoration. This van was restored and converted to a Syncro a number of years a go. As you can see some of the world work and other modifications are hacked up. It is now at our shop to get everything done properly. There’s some horrible welds, and a number of other things that really need to be cleaned up. It looks like it used to have a Subaru engine in it instead of removing the wiring harness. Somebody just cut it off with a sawzall and left the wiring hanging. But this van is finally in good hands and will be built to very high standards. Thanks to Burley Motorsports for the awesome suspension components Radflo shocks and handmade custom arms, nobody does it better than Burley. Yeah I have to say that the new powder coating on the trail arms is a bit over the top, but wow, look at that metallic paint. We are proud to say that this van is no trailer queen and will be used as designed, as to seek out adventure and hard to find places. There’s nothing like having a Syncro Westfalia to get you there.

Doing a little water jetting today. This is the front skid plate for a Syncro. We are going to be installing an air-conditioning condenser here for a 12 V AC system. Being upfront in the Airstream really helps the system work well and we are very happy with your results we have had so far.

Here we have another awesome Syncro Build out. This van is getting a full Burley Motor sports suspension and refresh on the drivetrain. The fuel tank has never been out of this van so we had to remove the engine and transmission to service the tank. Plus, we’ll do a little cleanup work and make sure everything is up to par. This is another one of this awesome adventure vans that will really be put to the test. We love building rigs like this that actually go out and find new wilderness. Burley Motorsports

This is a Syncro 16 Full Restoration. We have spent hundreds of hours doing rust repair and reconstruction of the body before stripping all of the paint media blasting and cleaning it up. Now we are onto all the finer details of prepping for Paint. Currently, we are installing a sliding sunroof ragtop in this Doka, as it had roof damage. Things are coming along nicely. We are very proud of this project.
