Please be careful out there. The roads are absolutely horrible. Our trucks have been out all day, non-stop and the calls keep coming in. If you are waiting for assistance, please be as patient as you can. Our guys are trying to get to you as fast as they can, without getting into trouble themselves. Again, if you are out and about, please drive safe, and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Unfortunately, due to terrible road conditions, our service trucks are staying local. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. But once again, we are winching our own trucks out from getting stuck. We want to keep our drivers safe. Once the city and surrounding areas have a chance to catch up with clearing the roadways, we will be back up and running as usual. REMINDER, please be patient with all emergency service vehicles and snowplows. Pull over, and please, never pass these vehicles. It's very dangerous. These vehicles are extremely heavy, and with the road conditions the way they are now can not stop and react as fast to avoid a bad situation.
