To everyone commenting and sharing, here are the facts regarding this situation.
The customer contacted me on a Sunday about a machine failure and asked about warranty coverage. On Monday, I explained that the machine was purchased in September 2022 and only carried a 6-month manufacturer warranty, which expired in March 2023. As of May 2026, this machine had been out of warranty for over three years. There was no warranty coverage available, and there was nothing our dealership could submit or approve on the customer’s behalf.
Despite that, false claims were then posted online stating that the machine failed because we serviced it in June 2025 and accusing us of overcharging. What has not been mentioned is that the June 2025 service bill was actually discounted in an effort to help the customer.
Over Memorial Day weekend, the situation escalated into nonstop harassment toward me and my business, including repeated calls from blocked and phantom numbers, personal attacks, and threats. Disagreeing with a warranty decision does not justify harassment, intimidation, or spreading misleading information online.
I will acknowledge that I responded emotionally during the situation and made comments out of frustration that I should not have made. However, that does not change the facts surrounding this case.
Alpha Powersports has spent years helping customers and supporting this community. We work hard every day to stand behind the products we sell and to help customers whenever possible. But no dealership can provide free warranty coverage on a machine that has been out of warranty for years.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but false accusations and harassment toward my staff, my family, and my business will not be tolerated.
To our loyal customers and supporters who know our character and the way we do business — thank you. Your continued support means a great deal to us.
