Good morning Mr. Rohrer,

I bought another boat from your fine dealership in November even though I am 150 miles away. I did this because of the people at your dealership. I put it in the water in April and a week or so ago I experienced a problem of it dying out. It only had eight hours on it. My local Yamaha dealers would not get to it very quickly. I called Perry and he made arrangements for me to bring it up to your place and I have to tell you what a fine experience I had once again. I’m pretty sure I don’t need to tell you that you have excellent employees. I pulled in at 8 AM on Friday and Cody greeted me and took care of my issue immediately. Cody and Dave were very professional and courteous. I just want you to know that I appreciate your dealership from Sales to Service.
