Still getting after it. Still alive. The work has slowed down a bit so not good progress pics to post.

Let me say this and it might bite me. I hate dealing with getting parts. Pretty much what I ever have to order are the trim pieces on your doors. The highlight on the top and the edge that runs along with your side mirror. There are others and I've definitely ordered some weird stuff. There is a universal part chart for every single piece. It's not set up well. It's hard to find things even if you searched the same thing every time. A new model or brand, the parameters could be completely different. It's annoying trying to hunt parts in front of a customer. We both want to get on with our days. Parts are the worst part of PDR. It's not easy to find what you are looking for.

Dents in/on rounded surfaces are always more work if you want to make it right. This looks like an easy job until your work is subpar because you didn’t cross your Ts or dot your Is. We have the privilege to work on another person’s vehicle. They trust us enough to leave one of the biggest things of their life for me to make look like it should.

I take that responsibility seriously. I obviously want to get paid but seeing relief wash over someone is such an amazing feeling. Good begets good.

Here’s a hood with some fair hail damage. I’ll take this work all day every day. I could do 3 of these hoods a day pretty easy. Dented(aluminum) black paint back to a glass finish.

I do good work. I do great work. I never get settled. I am always trying to improve my craft. I take pride in what I do and I take pride in helping people out.

I don’t charge to look at your vehicle so swing by with anything you have and we can go from there!
