Quick reminder our business hours are Mon-Friday 9am-5pm.

Today on a day we are closed I received 12 phone calls. first one being at 7:16 am last one being 8:38pm by someone needing a detail tomorrow then proceeded to tell me my prices are crazy.

I understand 99% of people work during those hours so it’s hard to call at that time sometimes, but the amount of calls I’m starting to get at 8-9pm through the week or on the weekends anywhere from 7am to even 9pm or later is getting out of hand.

There is nothing we offer at wk auto detailing that is an emergency situation.

We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

I will no longer be answering the phone on the weekends or after 6pm through the week. I’m a human with a life outside of my small buisness, I’m a dad with two kids that enjoy having my attention outside of work hours.

This may make some people mad but small business owners personal time is not less valuable than anyone else’s.
