The Dirty Mary Crazy Larry Charger SURVIVED?!
Remember the explosive ending of Dirty Mary, Crazy Larry? That wasn't the only Charger used in the movie.

Three Chargers were reportedly used during filming—including a ’68—and more than 50 years later, one is believed to still survive in California’s San Fernando Valley.

A ’69 Charger R/T 440 Magnum. A 440-powered police interceptor. No CGI. Just two big-block Mopars beating the hell out of each other.

375 horsepower. 480 lb-ft of torque. And apparently traffic laws were more of a suggestion back then. 😂

I Waited TWO YEARS for This Impala Part
What happens when you order a part for your classic car… and it shows up TWO YEARS later?

That’s exactly what happened with the trunk lid molding for my ’66 Impala SS. I ordered it, it went on backorder, and eventually I pretty much gave up on ever seeing it.

Then one day, out of nowhere — I got a tracking number.

And believe it or not, the damn thing actually showed up.

**Where Did All the Trans Ams Go? 😳**

I thought I’d seen some serious car collections over the years, but this was something else.

Trans Ams everywhere. Along the driveway, outside the buildings, tucked away in sheds—and some seriously rare cars mixed in, including a **Super Duty 455. One of just 252 built.**

The crazy part? This 37 seconds barely scratches the surface.

I Clear Coated This Aluminum Intake 27 Years Ago. Here’s How It Looks Today.

My last video about clear coating aluminum parts got a LOT of comments saying the clear would peel, yellow, trap oxidation — or even damage the alternator.

So instead of arguing about it, here’s the proof.

The intake manifold and water pump on my ’66 Impala were clear coated in 1999. The alternator was done about three years ago.

The key is doing it right: catalyzed automotive clear, proper surface prep, light coats, and proper flash time. I generally use this process on cast aluminum parts where the surface gives the clear some tooth to bite into.

You can argue the point, but the proof is in the pudding.

Think That's a Holley 750? Think Again.
At first glance, it looks just like a classic Holley 750 carburetor.

But look closer...

This is a Holley Terminator X Max EFI on my 383-powered 1969 C10, giving me the classic four-barrel look with modern electronic fuel injection—and it even controls my 4L60E automatic transmission.

This One Hurts… 😬
Watching a ’71 ’Cuda get the roof peeled off in Nash Bridges hits a little different today.

The Limelight Green ’Cuda has the Shaker hood and billboard stripes—and then it goes straight under a flatbed. Meanwhile, Nash’s yellow Hemi ’Cuda convertible lives to see another day.

Somewhere, a Mopar guy just felt a disturbance in the Force. 😂
