ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to established standards. This position prepares vehicles for body repair work. Additionally, the Auto Body Technician will be challenged with restoring bodywork to its original condition. This may include removing damaged parts and installing replacement parts utilizing specialized tools to repair the damage and realign structural components.
Communicates with management regarding any additional repairs that may be needed on a customer’s vehicle. Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised completion/delivery time.
Maintains tools and equipment in good working order. Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner. Ensures that work area is organized, clean and free of safety hazards.
Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including eye protection.
Cooperates and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles, often dependent upon schedule and even area of expertise.
Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Solid working knowledge of the processes, techniques and materials used in repairing automotive equipment with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in the collision repair arena.
Possess extensive knowledge of vehicle structure to remove and replace damaged components, such as doors, windscreens and fenders.
Demonstration of safety precautions required in performing the work in this position.
Possess a strong attention to detail in addition to the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strength to perform average lifting up to 35 pounds and occasionally over 70 pounds.

SUMMARY:

The Pricing Analyst maintains primary responsibility for determining the appropriate pricing for company services and products based on a variety of factors. Their duties include conducting market research to learn more about competitor pricing for similar services, reviewing previous sales data and company revenue needs and deciding a market price for a range of services based on their findings. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Consistently reviewing CCC and Entegral systems to support the labor rate updates, confirming information is accurate, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue. Ongoing review of repair orders and matter history to make strategic pricing decisions
Work with Strategic Accounts to review data and provide support where needed to request rate increases.
Monitor CCC data and look for opportunities comparative to what other insurance companies are paying with respect to labor rates in each of our markets.
Maintain data accuracy within the Entegral application with required DRP data, notify Strategic Accounts of potential expired I-CAR licenses, upcoming expired Certificates of Insurance.
Utilize Entegral to build criteria and requirements for shop locations with DRP’s.
Utilize Entegral’s expanded reporting capabilities to be proactive in rate requests, storing and warehousing data that are currently retained on spreadsheets.
Utilizing the master spreadsheet to review rates, compare to other insurance partners, identifying the lowest dollar amounts and prioritize the focus and/or respective need.
Maintain master Excel spreadsheet and input updates on a weekly basis as “WINS” are awarded.
Attend conference calls with external consultant to review data, identify opportunities, retain, and maintain the reliability of the document.
In addition, the Pricing Analyst effectively facilitates and implements actions to improve pricing, margin and EBITDA.
Drive efforts to obtain real price increases from insurance carriers by successfully obtaining rate increases.
May assist in the ongoing design and implementation of pricing strategy for the company.
Works collaboratively as part of the Strategic Accounts team on how to make the services provided more profitable
Routinely researching and benchmarking industry pricing trends to ensure that the company stays competitive.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
8-10 years of experience in the collision repair industry
Experience with CCC Estimating System and Entegral management systems highly desirable
Strong aptitude for understanding and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources
Ability to identify opportunities to increase accuracy and optimize resources and develops, recommends, and implements solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to provide timely and professional support to all internal/external stakeholders

• Examines all parts of vehicle that appear to be damaged that require repair, replacement, or repainting
