This year marked the 21st Annual Japanese Classic Car Show, and our team had an amazing time out there. Despite the heat, the turnout was fantastic, and it made for an awesome day surrounded by an incredible collection of cars and an even better community. Everyone brought the heat! From the rad builds to the unique vehicles, there was something for everyone!

For those running a Honda PCX engine swap with the factory engine-top cover and plastic assembly removed, adding a simple guard over this opening is highly recommended. The opening needs to remain exposed for proper ventilation and radiator airflow, so do not seal it shut. However, leaving it completely open creates an easy path for rocks, bolts, or other loose objects to fall inside, which could potentially damage the flywheel and stator. Bolts on within a few minutes and could be removed anytime! Made in the USA! SKU: CH-1637

For those wondering how to remove the spring from a rear shock, here's a quick video showing you how to do so! Shown in the video is the Extra-Volume (EV) rear shock, but this would also apply across all Gears Racing shocks, Extra-Volume-2 (EV2), Hill-2 (H2), Hill-2 Plus (H2P) as well as the Sports shocks.

The process covers loosening the spring collar, unloading the spring, removing the snap ring, and safely taking the spring off the shock. The same basic process applies to all Gears Racing shocks. Similar concept could be used with other shocks without a reservoir, but without the snap ring as this design is more proprietary to Gears Racing.

Tools: 2mm hex key, WD-40, and basic hand tools.
