It gets frustrating when we continually see these issues. Don’t get us wrong, we’re human and we make mistakes too, but we don’t avoid installing THE FULL KIT. What you buy, what comes in your suspension kit is at minimum- what should be installed on your truck. Not subbing parts out, not completely neglecting to install parts of the kits that are meant for corrected geometry and caster. You’re paying $5k, $6k, $8k, $10k for suspension and you’re leaving a shop with not only NOT ALL the parts you thought you paid for, but SUPPLEMENTED parts that didn’t even need to be supplemented BECAUSE THEY CAME WITH THE ORIGINAL KIT.
This kind of negligence really bothers us because we- like YOU ALL, are enthusiasts in this scene. We expect things to be correct, we expect that when we turn to “experts” that they know what they’re doing, and we expect truth when we ask honest questions.
Don’t take your trucks, your investment, your hard earned dollars, to BIG BOX SHOPS that only care about turning and burning vehicles in and out with no care about what you’re actually buying or how your vehicle will ride.
