We operated a full time kustom upholstery shop for over 15 years, and completed over 200 kustom interiors throughout the years. Sometimes you just need to see the actual size of something in person! We have small 3” pieces of our aluminum trim available on our website. We can also provide a small tabletop display, and we can add your business logo to it as well. Also in this photo is a sneak peak of a new style of aluminum trim coming soon! It is similar to our Peak No-Drill trim, but it has an inset on one side for an LED strip!

This how-to video shows a simple way to hide the slot on the ends of our No-Drill Aluminum Trim using basic tools. Our aluminum trim is a great way to add metal trim to your custom vehicle. Our aluminum trim is most commonly used on custom interior panels, but has been used on the exterior of vehicles as well! It is manufactured from 3003 aluminum so it is easy to curve and shape. It polishes up nicely if you prefer a shiny finish.

Our “Peak” Style of No-Drill Aluminum trim is back in stock and ready to ship! Our No-Drill trim is designed and manufactured with a small slot in the trim for fasteners. You simply slide in one of our bendable tabs or screws into the slot in the trim, allowing you to mount the trim to your custom panels. Watch our simple tutorial video on how to finish the ends of the trim to hide the slot.

Our Bullnose Aluminum Trim is back in stock and ready to ship!
Our aluminum trim is commonly used as an accent on custom automotive interior panels, but they can be used just about anywhere you want to add some metal trim to your project!

• It is made from 3003 aluminum, so it is easy to bend and shape.
• The trim comes in the raw, mill finish, but it is easy to polish or brush.
• Our aluminum trim is sold in 72" strips. We can cut the strips into shorter lengths before we ship it. If we can get the package under 48", it will greatly reduce the UPS shipping rates due to oversize package charges. We can also ship through the post office that has cheaper rates than UPS, but the post office will take a longer to deliver the package.
• We have drilling fixtures available that help you drill the blind holes on the backside of the trim. We recommend using a 3/32" drill bit with #4 sheet metal screws. The holes do not need to be tapped. The screws will "bite" in the aluminum without distorting the shape.

Our perforated aluminum sheets with oval holes are 12”x24”, and are 0.030” thick.

Our Art Deco Buttons are a great accent for your custom seats! They are available in chrome, and a darker gunmetal finish. They are about 0.66” in diameter, and come with a thin backing plate for installation. We are low on stock for the chrome version, so if you need any, you might want to order soon! We have a new batch coming in August and will have plenty in stock then.

We just got in a batch of machined aluminum door pulls! These are made to be inserted into a custom door panel arm rest and provide a stylish place to grab and pull the door closed. We have these in a polished aluminum finish, and a black powdercoated finish. These are not in our online store yet, but will be soon!
