We are experts at helping our customers understand how things work with insurance, rental cars, parts usage, state laws and helping you understand what you deserve during an accident and repair. We are 100% committed to living by the golden rule, we try doing for others what we would want for ourselves. We are "independent" which means that although we work with and are paid by every insurance carrier, we don't have a "contract" with insurance. This means we are not obligated to use aftermarket or cheaper parts, or do a repair in a way that is less expensive for insurance.
