A city bus driver contacted me to do brake work and further assess a front suspension situation. I figited around and checked things and noticed a very minor little knock but couldn't pinpoint the issue. Then out of the corner of my eye I saw a crack. Then I looked on both sides. Some super hack mickey mouse wanna-be "mechanic" ruined his steering knuckle when he had them install some basic parts about a year ago.

This client contacted me to replace the steering pump in her Dodge Nitro. When I arrive, I assess the problem is different than expected. A pulley melted and froze, which snapped the belt. We ended up replacing the pulleys and belt. I haven't seen someine so excited to go back to work in a long time. She was almost doing back flips.

You never know the type of characters you may be dealing with and I very reluctantly took this Somerville resident's project. He found a clear and Safe space for me to operate and turned out to be a good man of Integrity. He had me replace front brake system and a lower ball joint. I guess I forgot to get other shots, but this is one he took as I was replacing the ball joint from the knuckle in my home made shop vise.
