❝Where do I start? Steve was fantastic from the very beginning. Since I was flying in from Oklahoma City to purchase the vehicle, I had concerns about rust and the condition of the undercarriage. Steve went out of his way to put the car on a lift and send detailed photos, which immediately gave me confidence and peace of mind.When we arrived, the car was parked out front, standing tall, spotless, and ready for us. Even though Steve was off that day, James stepped in and helped complete the sale seamlessly. The finance manager was straightforward, professional, and never once played any games or applied pressure.On our 1,300-mile (22-hour) drive home, we encountered a few minor issues. I reached out to Steve, and he immediately made management aware. The very next day after getting home, I took the vehicle to my local dealership. Since the car came with a warranty, there was absolutely no hesitation in making things right. Every repair the vehicle needed was approved and handled professionally.The used car manager and service manager have both been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process. The trust they built with me is something I've never experienced at a dealership before. I can honestly say I would fly out and buy another vehicle from them again without hesitation. That's about the highest compliment I can give.❞
