Customer stated the car cranks but doesn't turn over, popped the hood a rodent was being mischievous but I'm positive they won't come back anymore after getting zapped by the battery positive cable. Had to install a whole new harness, and after that car started up like new! Be careful of those little rodents!

Customer had an overheating concern on a 11 f150 3.5ecoboost, the thermostat was missing along with the water pump and a coolant hose all this work was done for 380 in labor. Where in a dealership it would have been just 1,049$ in labor that's 670$ in savings.
