We’re excited to share that FMI is moving into a brand-new facility!

This expansion is a major milestone for our company and reflects our continued commitment to better serving our customers. The additional space will allow us to grow our capabilities, improve efficiency, and support even more fleets in the years ahead.

Here’s a sneak peek at the new shop before move-in and before it’s fully transformed into our operational headquarters. We’re excited to bring you along for the journey and can’t wait to show you the finished result.

Out in Northern PA last Friday servicing a drill rig and a couple excavators. Scenic job site, solid day of work.

Cummins QSX was flagged for an EGR cooler. We pulled it down, inspected it, and confirmed it didn’t need replacement. Solid reminder that real diagnosis beats parts-changing every time.

Wrapped up the excavators with routine PMs and kept everything moving the right way.

13K drop axle rebuild knocked out on a Mack GU800 💪

Full job included ride & push bags, swing arms, and king pins — brought this steerable axle back to tight, reliable condition and ready for work.

If your drop is getting sloppy or you’re seeing uneven wear, it’s only gonna cost you more down the road. Fix it right the first time.

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Diesel Technician (Level 3 preferred) to join our growing team. We service medium/ heavy-duty trucks, & equipment, throughout the region.

✅ Pay: $40–$45/hr (based on experience)
✅ 401k with company match
✅ PTO
✅ Uniforms provided
✅ Company service truck
✅ Overtime available
✅ Mostly road work, some shop time
✅ Service area within 3 hours of shop

Requirements:
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Experience with diesel trucks / equipment
• Must have own hand tools
• CDL A is a plus
• Must be willing to work overtime and occasional nights
• Strong communication skills

Got called out to a Cascadia with a coolant leak + busted driver mirror. Traced it down to a bad radiator, swapped it out with the crane, and installed a fresh mirror assembly. Back on the road and rolling 💪🔧
