I am gone on vacation until July 20th. The shop is still open and busy as usual but appointments and wait times may be a bit longer than normal as Dennis, Brian and Jeremiah are holding down the fort.

The whole crew is taking classes on various subjects on diagnosis and testing.

Here's a classic case as to why we insist on dropping vehicles off to do proper testing.

Check engine light says misfire. Yep that's a problem. Could be a multitude of things.

Test don't guess.

PS. Yes we charge for this type of testing. Wouldn't you rather pay a testing charge and KNOW what's wrong instead of just throwing parts at it?
