If you experience hard starts, running rough when cold, loss in mpg, power loss
Smoking its likely caused by bad injectors. Don't neglect this, prolonged injector failure lets to engine failure. Injector tips can melt or break fall into the cylinder, wash down cylinder walls.
Picture 2 and 3 is what happens when you wait too long
