"We live in the Antelope Valley but decided to bring our vehicle for repair at Glenns Auto Service because of our positive experience with Jason last year. Last year we were shopping around to purchase a car for our grandson. We found one but wanted it inspected by a Triple A-approved mechanic shop. We were referred to Glenns and Jason was very helpful. In fact he saved us from purchasing a lemon, much to the chagrin of the seller. Because of the excellent customer service, trust was developed and we decided to keep Glenns in mind for future repairs of our own vehicles. Last month when our truck needed repair, we decided to bring it to Glenns. Jason clearly explained what needed to be done. We didnt feel pressured and in the end, accepted all his recommendations. It was also convenient that we were given a loaner car while the truck was being repaired. Overall we are pleased with the work done on our truck. We plan on returning to Glenns in the future. "
