Small, busy shop looking for a reliable mechanic to start ASAP.

🔧 Oil changes, brakes, suspension, general repairs
💰 Pay: Hourly base + production pay up to $25/hr (based on billed labor hours)
🕒 Full-time (part-time considered)
🛠️ Tools preferred | Must be dependable

Example weekly earnings:
• 40 hrs worked + solid production = $500–$1,100/week

Guaranteed hourly pay for all hours worked.
Production pay is additional, not flat-rate only.
