🚨💚 BIG MOVES. BIGGER GOALS. SAME ELITE TEAM! 💚🚨

One of the best parts of growing as a company is watching our people grow right along with us! And today, we get to celebrate TWO of our own who have worked hard, stepped up, and earned their next chapter at Elite Tire! 🎉

🛞 JOHN | Assistant Store Manager – Lore City

John started with us as a tire technician, worked his way into sales, and quickly showed us that his potential went far beyond either position! His work ethic, leadership, and willingness to step up haven’t gone unnoticed. He’s proof that hard work, dedication, and a little ambition can take you a long way! We’re excited to watch him continue to grow in his new role!

💚 KAITLYN | Assistant Store Manager – Dover

Kaitlyn’s story is one of our favorites! She showed up one day for a flat tire repair and, well… she never left! 😂 What started as a simple visit turned into something pretty special. Kaitlyn has big dreams, even bigger goals, and the ambition to make them happen. She’s never been afraid to take on a challenge, and we couldn’t be happier that her journey led her to Elite!

👏 Here’s what makes these promotions so special to us: Neither of these two walked through our doors as an assistant manager. They grew into these positions by showing us what they’re capable of, and THAT is something worth celebrating!

At Elite, we’re not just building a business. We’re building a team, creating opportunities, and giving good people room to grow.

John and Kaitlyn, we’re proud of you both! We can’t wait to see what you accomplish next. And don’t worry, you’ll still find them at their usual desks… just with a little bigger title! 😉💚

Help us give these two a HUGE congratulations on their well-deserved promotions!! 🎉

🐮💙 PROUD TO SUPPORT OUR LOCAL YOUTH! 💙🐮

Every year, our team at Elite Tire – Lore City looks forward to supporting our customers and their children at the Guernsey County Fair. Whether it’s showing up to cheer them on, placing a bid, or purchasing a market animal, we’re proud to support the hard work these kids put in all year long.

We are incredibly fortunate to have so many amazing customers and young exhibitors in our community. While we wish we could purchase from every one of them, this year we were honored to purchase William Hickman’s market steer! 🐮

And what a beautiful animal he was! William put countless hours of hard work, dedication, and care into raising this big guy, and it showed. We’re so grateful for the opportunity to support William and recognize everything he put into this project.

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to William and to ALL of the 2026 Guernsey County Fair exhibitors! 👏

And thank you to the Guernsey County Fair Board, volunteers, families, buyers, and everyone behind the scenes who helped make 2026 another great year at the fair.

We love being part of this community, and we’re proud to support the next generation. 💙

Great job, William! We’re proud to have been your buyer this year! 🐮🏆

So many of you asked… so you shall receive! 🎃🐒🌿

Here’s a closer look at our BEST IN SHOW float! 🏆

Our team worked on this float and all of its components for MONTHS. So much time, creativity, hard work, and dedication goes into bringing our parade ideas to life each year, and we couldn’t be more proud of how this one turned out!

🚛 We’re incredibly thankful for Dustin Schwartz D&R Transport for being part of another great year with us. Want to thank Ron and Deann Beckett for allowing us to use their drive for parking, and the Mason Plumly for donating the hay that we used! It’s a team effort and we couldn’t do it without everyone’s help!

And, of course, we can’t say enough about our amazing Elite Tire team, families, friends, and customers who chip in their time and talents to help us pull this off year after year. It truly takes a village, and we have one heck of a village! 💚🖤

Thank you to everyone who helped, cheered us on, stopped to compliment the float, and celebrated with us.

Another Barnesville Pumpkin Festival Parade in the books — and this one came home BEST IN SHOW! 🏆🎃

Until next year… 😉

🏆 BEST. IN. SHOW. 🏆

As most of you know, Elite goes HARD when it comes to events — whether we’re hosting them ourselves or showing up for our community. And the Barnesville Pumpkin Festival Parade is one we look forward to every single year!

We love getting out into the community, seeing familiar faces, handing out fun stuff to the kids, merch to the adults, and just being part of what makes this area so special.

And when it comes to our float… we don’t exactly know how to do simple. 😂

This year, our team poured their hearts, time, creativity, and a whole lot of hard work into bringing our float to life — and IT PAID OFF!

We’ve been incredibly proud to win our category the last several years, but this year we received something we never expected…

🏆🎃 BEST IN SHOW! 🎃🏆

Out of all the parade participants, Elite took #1!

To say we’re excited is an understatement. But even before we knew we had won, hearing all the compliments, seeing the reactions from the kids, and having customers and complete strangers tell us how much they loved the float made every hour of work worth it.

We are beyond grateful to even be considered for this award, and even more grateful to be part of a community that shows us so much love and support.

Man, do we love our community. We truly have the BEST around. 💚🖤

Thank you, Barnesville — and thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s float one we’ll never forget!

BEST IN SHOW 2026 🏆🎃💚

Proud to Support the Communities We Call Home 💚
What a week for the Elite Tire family!

This last week gave us two great opportunities to get out of the shop and support the communities that support us.

Our Dover and Lore City teams came together for the Barnesville Pumpkin Festival, working side-by-side to set up the float, represent Elite in the parade, and tear everything down afterward. It was a great example of what One Team looks like.

Then we also had the opportunity to support our local youth at the Junior Fair 4-H Auction last Thurs.

We received several buyer letters from local exhibitors, and we made it a point to bid on every one of them. By the end of the auction, Elite Tire was the proud buyer of this 250-pound hog raised by Alainah Parker! 🐷

We're proud to support young people who put in the time, responsibility, and hard work it takes to raise and show these animals.

For us, being part of Dover and Lore City means more than having businesses here.

We live here. We work here. We serve here. And we're proud to support the communities we call home.

Congratulations to Alainah and all of this year's Junior Fair exhibitors! 👏

🎃🍂 IT’S ALMOST PUMPKIN FESTIVAL TIME IN BARNESVILLE! 🍂🎃

If you know Elite, you know we don’t just show up for the parade… WE GO ALL OUT! 💚🖤

We’ve been brainstorming, building, and planning our float ALL YEAR LONG, and we can’t wait to finally show you what we’ve been working on! 👀🤫

📣 A little heads-up! Both Elite locations will be CLOSED this Saturday, September 26th, so our entire team can participate in the Barnesville Pumpkin Festival Parade and enjoy a well-deserved day of fun with their families and our amazing community!

We work hard all year long, and this is one of our favorite days to come together, let loose, and make some memories outside the shop! 🛞🎉

So grab your pumpkin spice, find your favorite spot along the parade route, and keep your eyes peeled for the ELITE CREW! 👀

Any guesses what our float theme is this year?! Drop your guesses below! ⬇️🎃

We’ll see you Saturday, Barnesville! 💚🖤
