The Culprit 😩

WHEN WE BECAME THE CUSTOMER 🔧

Yep… even Get’cha Right breaks down. 😅

On August 15th, our work truck went down — and suddenly, we became the customer.

What followed was 18 days of hard-to-find parts, defective parts, unexpected setbacks, troubleshooting, problem-solving and a whole lot of patience.

But we’re a family business, and when our business faced a problem, our family worked through it together. ❤️

From under the hood to behind the scenes — everybody played a part, even our littlest helper. 🔧❤️

On September 2nd, WE “GOT’EM RIGHT”.

And let’s just say… getting there was a journey. 😂

🎥 Follow our page as we share what happened when the mechanic became the customer — and how we got back on the road.

After this experience, when a customer says, “I just need my vehicle back…”

We get it. ❤️

📅 Now accepting appointments beginning Monday.

A little behind the scenes at Get’cha Right. ❤️

Two businesses may carry the Get’cha Right name, but behind them is one family — working, learning, building and doing life together.

From breakfast and smoothies to preventive maintenance on our landscaping equipment and automotive work truck, a little Junior-in-training time, and finally dinner… this is what a day behind Get’cha Right can look like.

Two businesses. One family. One mission.

🚗 I Wish Someone Had Given Me This When I Started Driving.

As the person behind the scenes answering your messages, scheduling appointments, and helping keep Get’cha Right Automotive Services running, I wanted to share a personal memory.

I still remember when I first started driving on my own.

One thing I didn’t know was what to do if my vehicle broke down.

Honestly, I only figured out where my hazard lights were because I accidentally bumped the button one day. Looking back, that’s a little scary.

If my car had broken down, I probably would have panicked.

That’s exactly why we created our FREE Teen Driver Breakdown Guide.

Whether your teen is heading to school, work, sports, or just out with friends, this printable guide provides simple steps to help them stay calm and know what to do if they ever experience a vehicle breakdown.

📱 To download the guide:
Save this image to your phone, then scan the QR code to access and print the guide. We recommend keeping a copy in your teen’s glove box for quick reference.

We hope it gives both parents and new drivers a little extra peace of mind.
