Hurricane Performance & Auto Machine

Where it all started!!

For anyone new here, let me introduce you to owners of Hurricane Performance & Auto Machine.
•Michael Hillman opened Hurricane back in the 90’s then in 2011 Mike & his son Cory Hillman revamped it into what has become a very successful family owned & operated business.
•In April 2021 we took a huge loss when we lost Michael “Hurricane” Hillman. Gone too soon but never forgotten. His legacy lives on daily through his children, family, friends & business.
•Cory & just a few family members keep Hurricane Performance thriving & running smoothly.

If you’re ever in the Douglasville area or needing any help, stop by Hurricane Performance or give us a call for assistance!

Happy Sunday everyone!

Let me start off by saying a big thank you to all our Sponsors, crew members, family & friends who help make our racing program run smoothly!

After a long 2 month break, we decided to try our luck at Talladega Short Track last night. Started off with a great draw position for the heats which put us inside pole in the second heat race. Our wheelman led every lap & took the checkered flags 🏁. In the feature we started outside pole, had a good run going until the car had some shock issues. We ended up finishing 8th, we will regroup & try again!

Big thanks again to all our sponsors:
Southern Rustiq - Jason Steed
C&S Auto - Terry Smith
Redline Fleet - James Cox
AMR - William Blair
Need A Hand Trucking - Lonny Prosser

We want to take the time today to simple say THANK YOU to all the first responders and everyone else who endured so much on this horrible day 25 years ago.

Not a day goes by, that we don’t think about that day & the tragedy that took places.

May all those souls continue to rest in peace!

Gone but NEVER forgotten!! ❤️🤍💙

Team work makes the dreams work!

We will be closed today in observation of Labor Day!

🇺🇸 LABOR DAY — IT’S MORE THAN JUST A DAY OFF 🇺🇸

Today isn’t just about cookouts, a three-day weekend, or the unofficial end of summer.

Labor Day is about the WORKERS. 💪

It’s about the men and women who came before us who stood together, organized, marched, and fought for safer working conditions, fair wages, reasonable working hours, and a better future for working families.

Thank you all for all you do to keep this world going around!

Have a safe & happy Labor Day from the Hurricane Performance family to yours!

God Bless America 🇺🇸
