Thanks to everyone who helped us get back going.

Hurricane Helene didn’t just damage a building.
It tested a business, a family, and a community.

An independent body shop in rural Georgia lost nearly everything overnight.
What brought it back wasn’t luck. It was preparation, insurance clarity, and industry relationships.

A case study every shop owner should read.

🚫 Important Update for Our Customers 🚫

At Al’s Paint & Body, LLC, your safety has always come first — period. Because of that, we want to let everyone know that we will not be accepting Allstate insurance claims at this time.

Both companies have repeatedly pushed for repairs and procedures that do not meet safe repair standards, including cutting corners, skipping necessary steps, and pressuring shops to perform improper, low-quality work that could put you and your family at risk.

That’s something we will never do.

We believe every vehicle should be repaired correctly, safely, and to pre-loss condition — not to an insurance company’s shortcut checklist.

If you’re insured with Allstate or State Farm and still want your repair done the right way, we’re happy to guide you through your options as a customer. You always have the legal right to choose your repair shop.

Thank you for continuing to support a shop that stands by quality, honesty, and your safety above all else. 🚗✨

Also, just a reminder that we do not take State Farm for the same reasons.

One year ago, Hurricane Helene turned our world upside down and left our shop badly damaged. It’s been a long, stressful road full of repairs, setbacks, and patience.

But just 3 weeks ago—right before the anniversary of that storm—we officially reopened our doors. 🙌 We are so grateful to finally be back doing what we love: serving our community and helping our customers get back on the road safely.

We couldn’t have made it through this year without the support of our family, friends, and loyal customers. Thank you for standing by us during this storm and through the rebuild. 💙

Here’s to new beginnings, stronger than ever!

We’re Coming Back! 🚗💥
We’re excited to announce that after being closed since September 27, 2024, due to Hurricane Helene, we’re finally in the home stretch of rebuilding! 🙌 Our auto body shop is on track to reopen in just 2–3 weeks.

We sincerely apologize for the long wait — the reconstruction process has taken much longer than expected, but we’ve been working hard to come back better than ever.

We’re also hiring! We’re looking for a skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our team. If you or someone you know is interested, please reach out!

Thanks to all our loyal customers for your patience and support. We can't wait to serve you again soon!

To our amazing customers and community,

First and foremost, we want to thank you for your patience and support during this difficult time. As many of you know, our shop has been closed since Hurricane Helene due to the extensive damage we sustained.

We had hoped to reopen much sooner, but the repair process has taken longer than expected. We know this has caused inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for the delays.

Please know we’re working as quickly as possible to get back up and running. Our team is committed to providing the same quality collision repair and customer care you’ve come to expect from us.

We miss serving you and can’t wait to welcome you back as soon as we’re ready. We’ll continue to keep you updated right here.

Thank you again for sticking with us — we truly appreciate you. 💙
