The cardboard compactor at JCPenney ceased functioning, necessitating an investigation into the circuit. Upon diagnosis, it was determined that the 3-phase circuit breaker responsible for the compactor's operation was defective and required replacement to restore its functionality.

In order to prevent potential safety hazards an upgrade was necessary for the 200 amp panel box meter base and service pole. The old service pole was bending which was causing the feed wire to pull from the meter base box and leading to arcing in the 200 amp sub-panel box. By upgrading these components the risk of electrical issues and fires can be greatly reduced. It is important to regularly inspect and maintain electrical systems to ensure the safety and functionality of the property.
