Many of you may already be aware, but this is just to update any concerned parties that have been asking questions about an event that took place at our location earlier today.

What we know: at approximately 11:45 this morning, some sort of explosion occurred within our facility that left a number of our employees visibly shaken and those within a nearby radius in a state of distress.

We are thankful that everyone, including the employee directly involved, have fully recovered and should be able to return to work shortly. No further delays in workload are expected as a result of this incident and clean up crews are currently in the process of fumigating the bathroom to prevent any possible inhalation risks or retina burns as a result.

Investigations are still underway, but it appears that the likely cause of this incident was an unexpected visit from the tamale lady earlier in the day. Scientists have yet to fully understand the reason for the chemical reaction caused by mixing Mexican street food with Diesel mechanics, but it’s always best to use caution in situations like this and moving forward we will strive to be better prepared for what’s to come.
