We purchased our car in December 2019, NUMEROUS emails, phone calls, text messages reviews,we still have not received ANY communication in regards to our paperwork including the contract which we never received a copy, our spare key and our current registration, NO ONE had gotten back to us at all. No one.
Dealership fraud! Stay away from this dealer!!!! These people are liars, they will take your money and never look back. Peter Maytin your so called MANAGER told my mother she was approved for a car, took her old car and took her money and then days later said she was not approved and she had to bring the car back and he could not give her, her car back or her money. In other words, he left her on her feet. He said he has been working in the industry for 19 years but couldn't simply sell ONE car. At this place all they care about is their commission and will go to ends meet to get it!!!! I've never experienced such poor customer service in my life. The same manager got up in front of me and raised his voice as me as well, I don't understand what kind of customer service this is.... please take your money and go elsewhere. Don't get scammed like we did, thankfully we have the resources to get a lawyer and will be suing or at least we will make the attempt. They will say whatever it takes to get you to purchase and then do nothing to help you solve your problem. Mind you the only response I got "well if that's how you see it" "you can talk to whoever you want". Rude, and definitely won't be recommending this place to anybody. Beware! It's disheartening that my mom is now over 60 years old and this dealership and their sales practice have left her on her feet with no money and no car. Took her belongings and took the car they supposedly sold her back. It is so saddening, the manager is rude and does not care about any of the customers. I will make sure I find an auto fraud attorney that will take care of this.
