2017 Kobelco 275-Ton Crawler Crane — Fully Restored for Formcrete Construction.

This unit went through a complete restoration process to bring it back to OEM-level condition. From full disassembly and structural prep, to corrosion removal, sandblasting, and epoxy priming—every step was executed to ensure long-term durability in demanding jobsite conditions.

All panels, components, and boom sections were refinished using high-performance coatings, delivering a uniform, factory-quality finish built to withstand heavy use. Final reassembly and detailing completed the transformation—returning this crane to service looking and performing at its best.

Another heavy-duty repair done right at Car World Paint & Body.

This International box truck came in with significant damage on the right side. Our team completed a full cab repair and refinish, restoring the structure and paint back to factory quality. We also replaced the right-side box rails and exterior panels to ensure the truck was not only looking right, but structurally sound and ready to get back to work.

Bringing this flatbed back to life the right way.

This project started with years of rust and wear, but at Car World we believe every job deserves a proper restoration process. We began with a full sandblasting to remove corrosion and bring the metal back to a clean foundation. From there, we applied epoxy primer for maximum protection, followed by a deep gloss black finish to restore the frame to its original strength and appearance.

To complete the transformation, the worn boards were replaced with new hardwood decking, bringing this flatbed back to work-ready condition — stronger, cleaner, and built to last.
