2018 Honda CR-V. Customer said they took it to the Honda dealership, where they had these same codes, and they proceeded to replace the fuel injectors, coils and plugs. Hit my customer for over 2000 Dollars, and lights were back on, shortly after leaving the dealership. I know from working on Toyotas, that the fuel system and vsa system can mess with each other, for whatever reason. So looking at previous CR-V issues with the vsa system codes, and reprogramming the engine and vsa modules fixed their issues, I decided to reprogram the computers in the vehicle, and customer says there have been no more lights on in the car. I fixed the issue for less than 200 Dollars. I don't even blame just the techs at the dealership, but the dealerships themselves, they do not allow proper testing to be done, because they want to rush each vehicle out the door, ASAP, and they know they don't have to worry about lawsuits or anything. Find you a good mechanic that isn't rushed and don't rush them if you want your car fixed right. I am by no means perfect and make mistakes myself, but I guarantee my work and if it's not fixed the first time, I'll do it again at no charge. 2008 Camry, had lean codes. All sensors were working correctly. Done a current test on fuel pump, and it was at 4 Amps and a horrible waveform (first pic). New fuel pump had good waveform and 6amps as it should have. The extra fuel pressure, fixed the lean fuel mixture.

5.4 Ford Triton 3 valve. Code p0345, camshaft circuit on bank two issue. Looking at known good camshaft timing waveform (red and green) , compared to the one in this truck (green and yellow). You can tell the timing is off because the first and third peaks of the waves should touch the two solo peaks (green and yellow) and they don't. In the known good waveform, you can tell that the peaks of the first and third wave do line up with the two peaks from the other trace. The timing chain on bank 2 was stretched as you can tell from the pictures of them laid side by side, especially at the end. Timing chains, and guides replaced, no codes and engine runs smooth, whereas it would barely stay running before and had very little power. 96 Toyota Tacoma. Rough idle, no power. Cam and crank code was stored. Camshaft waveform (green) should look like it does in the known good engine picture. Green should not have the extra glitches in it. That tells me the distributor or cam sensor in distributor is bad. You could have just thrown a distributor at it based on the codes, but it's best to try to be as sure as possible. Throwing parts is how you get 500 to 1000 dollars in parts and still got the same issue.

Ford expedition, 5.4 with coolant and vacuum leak on bank 1. High fuel trim numbers on bank one. Near zero after swapping out the intake. And yes, I cleaned coolant from the valley. Need any automotive service, including towing, give me a call 3367550916. I'm booked for the next week, but if you have any emergencies, I try to get to them first. (Meaning, your only vehicle is broke down and need help immediately, if you have something else to drive, it's not an emergency)
