Established in 1948 Jay's Saftey Lane was reintroduced as First Choice Automotive in 2006 after previously working here as an employee 15 years ago. What began as a two door shop repairning starters and magnetos, is now a bustling five bay smog and maintenance facility. This location has been an automotive repair facilitiy since 1943 known as Jay's Safety Lane. After leaving Jay's as an employee I

went to work at different automotive dealerships; Ford, Toyota, Chevrolet and Dodge. I became a Smog Technician in 1997 and my son Bryan was certified in 2006 who now performs majority of the smogs. These days you can find me more often than not out in the community currently serving as a council member. We work on all makes and models except European vehicles.
