Order your Subway lunch by 10:30 AM and we’ll deliver it right to the high school!

Please make sure to include the student’s full name + High School in the special instructions so we know exactly where it’s going.

⏰ Order cutoff is 10:00 AM

You can place your order anytime during the morning. As soon as we see it’s marked for SCHOOL DELIVERY, we’ll wait to make it until closer to delivery time so it’s as fresh as possible.

When ordering, please include:
• Student’s FULL NAME
• GRADE
• SCHOOL DELIVERY

If you’re ordering for multiple children, please tell us which sandwich/items belong to each child so we can separate and label everything correctly.

🚫 Do NOT choose Delivery or DoorDash in the app. Just place the order through our Dilley Subway location like normal. We’ll know it’s for our school delivery by the information you put in the Special Instructions.

📚🥪 Here’s how to place your child’s Subway School Lunch Delivery order!

Delivery Schedule + Order Cutoffs:
Tuesday • Elementary • Order by 9:30 AM
Wednesday • Middle School • Order by 10:00 AM
Thursday • High School • Order by 10:30 AM

📱 All orders must be placed and paid for through the Subway app.

Choose what you’d like and make sure you select our Dilley, Texas location.

At checkout, select the correct date and time, no later than your campus cutoff. You can absolutely order earlier. We’ll still prepare your child’s food as close to their actual lunch time as possible for maximum freshness.

📝 Under Special Instructions, please include:

Child’s FULL NAME + CAMPUS + GRADE + SCHOOL DELIVERY

Elementary parents: Grade is especially important because elementary has several different lunch times.

👧👦 Ordering for multiple children? Please tell us which sandwich/items belong to each child so we can separate and label everything correctly.

🚨 IMPORTANT: Complete your order as a regular pickup order. DO NOT select Delivery or DoorDash in the app. Simply write SCHOOL DELIVERY in the Special Instructions. We will handle delivery to the campus.

Please take an extra second to make sure everything is correct so we can avoid having to cancel or void orders.

🥤 About drinks: Our Subway location currently only offers fountain drinks, even though the app may show other options. I’m working on getting that corrected. Since drinks may not be allowed at some campuses, you can simply opt out of adding a drink to your child’s order.

Once we receive your order, we’ll organize and prepare it according to your child’s grade/lunch time and deliver it accordingly. 💚

Thank you so much for your patience while we work through the first week or two! We’ll make modifications as needed to make this run as smoothly as possible. And if everything goes well, we may be able to add more school delivery days in the future! 🙌🏼
