Another Customer Taken Care Of! 🚗🛞

We got a call from one of our regular customers asking if we could help out a friend of his who had already purchased two tires and needed them installed. He also wanted us to check the front tire to see if it could be patched.

We were able to fit him into the schedule that same day. Once we were on the way, we kept him updated and let him know when we arrived. After a quick chat, we got straight to work! 🔧

We mounted, balanced, and installed both rear tires, then inspected the front tire for a possible patch. Unfortunately, the front tire had a blown-out sidewall and was not safely repairable. We explained that a new tire would be needed, and he plans to purchase one and have us come back out to install it.

We also noticed the wear on the tire was extremely uneven, so we advised him to have the vehicle aligned and have the front end checked to make sure there wasn’t an underlying issue causing the excessive wear. It’s always better to catch those problems early before they cause more tire damage or become a safety concern. 🛞⚠️

We’re always thankful for our regular customers who trust us enough to send their friends and family our way! Word of mouth means so much to a small business.

🛞 WORD OF MOUTH GOES A LONG WAY! 🛞

One of our regular customers, Drew with All Tennessee Truck and Equipment Repair, was working on a customer’s bus that had broken down. While he was there, the customer mentioned that he had a flat tire.

Drew didn’t hesitate to pass along our information, and the customer reached out to us to see if we could get him taken care of with a tire patch. We told him absolutely! 🙌🏼 We got him scheduled for a day and time that worked and got that tire patched and back in service. 🔧🛞

We want to give a BIG shoutout to our friend Drew for sending another customer our way! We truly appreciate every referral, every recommendation, and every person who trusts us with their tire needs.

Word of mouth really does go a LONG way! We’re thankful for the friendships and connections we’ve made along the way.

Drew, we hope all is well your way, man! 👊🏼 Thanks again for the shoutout! Allen

🤝 🛞 Friends Supporting Friends! 🛞🤝

A good friend of mine reached out needing a new set of tires for his wife’s car. After getting the tire size, we sent him a few different options to choose from. Once he picked the set he wanted, we got him on the schedule for a day that worked best for him.

As soon as the tires arrived, we let him know, and he headed our way. We got them mounted, balanced, and installed and had them riding safely and smoothly again in no time!

Before owning BNC Mobile Tires, I worked at Turney Center, and one of the best things I gained from that job was lifelong friendships. It’s a blessing to see those friendships continue to support our small business. ❤️

Thank you for trusting BNC Mobile Tires with your family’s safety. We truly appreciate your support more than you know! 🙌 - Giagnoni

🚗 Need New Tires? We Bring the Tire Shop to YOU! 🚗

This customer reached out needing a new set of tires. She sent us her tire size, and we gave her a few different options to choose from. She decided to go with a set of Sumitomo (all season tires that have a quiet ride, dependable handling, and durable tread life). We got her scheduled for a convenient mobile installation.

We kept her updated by letting her know when we were on the way and when we arrived. She simply showed us where the car was and let us handle the rest! We mounted, balanced, and installed her new tires right at her location, getting her back on the road in no time.

She loved the convenience of not having to sit in a waiting room or rearrange her day.

Thank you for trusting BNC Mobile Tires with your tire needs. We truly appreciate your business!

🚨DON’T WAIT UNTIL YOU SEE WIRE🚨

This customer called us needing 2 front tires after his tires were showing wire. We gave him a few options, he picked his brand, and we got him scheduled!

The best part? He was working a DOUBLE SHIFT, so instead of taking time off and sitting at a tire shop… WE BROUGHT THE TIRE SHOP TO HIM! 🛞

We showed up at his jobsite, got the new tires mounted, balanced, and installed, and had him rolling back smoothly without interrupting his workday.

He was so excited to try out BNC Mobile Tires, and we are just as excited to have another happy customer!

❤️ Thank you for choosing BNC Mobile Tires. We appreciate your support!

FLAT TIRE? BNC Mobile Tires SHOWED UP! ❤️

Got a call last night from a customer who had a flat while at the Montgomery Bell Hotel & Restaurant. He needed a repair and wanted to know if we could patch the tire rather than just putting a temporary fix on it. Of course, we got him taken care of!

But what really stood out to us was how many people stopped to check on him and ask if he needed help. THAT is what makes our little Dickson County community so special! ❤️

We are also SO thankful for the person who referred him to BNC Mobile Tires. Word of mouth goes a LONG way for a small business like ours! 🙌

We got him back rolling smoothly, and he told us when he’s ready for a new set of tires, we’ll be the ones he calls! That right there means the world to us. 🥹❤️

We may have started with a flat tire call, but we gained a forever customer!

Little ol’ Dickson County — we sure do love our community! 🇺🇸🛞
