When someone has taken their vehicle somewhere else to be diagnosed and comes to me to be fixed because i am less expensive, i still look at the problem to verify that this is the solution. I can't tell you how many times I've had people come to me expecting to spend several hundred dollars because of someone else's diagnoses only to find it was a bad connection or broken wire, less than $50. Folks i am honest and sometimes too honest, but that's what makes me who i am.
