This customer came in complaining that his trailer was dog walking to the sidewalk! Also that he had a giant nail in the middle of inner right rear trailer tire. we advised to a customer that we should install a new tire due to the tread being at DOT regulation. We also did a MD alignment check and found the front trailer axle on a passenger side was out 1.25 inches.

We had this 2016 Western Star 5700 come in yesterday. The driver told me that he ran through a large puddle of water and the exhaust pipe broke. The driver asked if we can do a cheap easy fix till he gets home. We cut the broken part of the pipe off and put some flex pipe up for a good temporary fix. Another happy customer!

Another successful rescue at the shop! 🛠️We recently had a 2014 Ford F-150 roll in with a common issue: the 4WD stopped working. After a thorough inspection, our team found that the front hubs were completely frozen. ❄️❌Instead of a temporary fix, we installed a hub delete kit to permanently solve the problem. The customer left happy, reliable 4WD restored, and ready for any road ahead! Another customer in the books! 🙌

Model Another 6.0L PowerStroke back on the road! 🛠️

This 2005 Ford Excursion came in for a routine full service, but our multi-point inspection caught a hidden issue: a cracked fuel filter housing cap causing a leak. We quickly swapped it out with a fresh OEM cap to seal the system up tight.

While we were doing our inspection, we also took care of some structural wear and tear:

• Safety Fix: Replaced bent rear shackles and installed brand-new leaf spring patches.
• Future Upgrades: The customer asked about tackling some heavy rust on the front bumper. We recommended a clean replacement and a fresh paint match to get this beast looking like new again.

Thorough inspections save you from big headaches down the road. Another happy customer, and another job well done! 🚙💨
