Flywheel took out the starter. Installed new flywheel, starter, rear main seal, and oil pan gasket(didn't get a pic).

Came in with a misfire at idle on cylinder #5. Moved fuel injector, spark plug & ignition coil to oher cylinders & misfire stayed on that cylinder. So we checked compression and was a little on the low side. So we pulled valve cover off to check valvetrain & at first we didn't see nothing out of the norm. But we had to bring out the mic to measure the cam lobes on that cylinder and found it to be .05 lower than one another, that was enough to cause a small misfire at idle. So we pulled the cylinder head & replaced it with a remanufactured unit. Also found timing chain guides a lil bad. So we put a timing chain kit while it was apart. Got her all back together and added an updated oilcooler & lower aluminum intake. Back to the trails it goes.

Customer was expierencing low power issue & a pretty good high pitch noise. We looked into it & found the intercooler boot busted on the cold side. We snagged one from the dealer and got him back to tending to his ber hives.

Truck came in not doing nothing and security light on. Checked fuses and found one ecm fuse missing. Installed it and security light still flashing but got communication now. So we reprogrammed the key and got that issue fixed. So now starter would just click. So we pulled starter & checked it, it turned out to be bad. So we replaced it & now we got ourselves a running 6.4 powerstroke.

Between fuel leaks & dry rotted fuel lines and a failed fuel pressure relife valve. The injection pump couldn't hanfle it all and was not putting out pressure. But we got all those issues addressed & replaced the injection pump & back on the row she goes.
